I cried a river of flowing unending tears
It wasn't the pain of being hurt
It was a joyful river of tears
I was freed from the bondage that I held within
I cried a river of flowing tears
Tears which accumulated through the years
They were tears of a glorious birth
A voice whispered to me, "Know your worth"
I cried a river of Joyful tears
Telling me I am wonderfully and uniquely made
I am now celebrating my new identity
As I watch my past fade away to eternity
